This series of photographs was created in a project which looked at the effects of debilitating eye conditions.
These particular images are part of the Retinitis Pigmentosa set, a condition that causes tunnel vision.
I took and printed them several years ago in the darkroom but am looking at this concept again after meeting a surgical laser engineer (pretty cool eh?!) and we discussed the quality of art in hospitals and clinics.
The general consensus seems to be increased creativity and less sterile imagery!
These images were taken on black and white film, most probably HP5. The lens was covered by light-tight black plastic covering which had various pinholes pricked into it.
